The terrorist attack was near the children's rides at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal Park, where Christians were celebrating Easter. Without warning, a blast tore through the park, killing indiscriminately.

The eastern Pakistan city of Lahore, killed at least 69 people, a local government spokesman told CNN. Moreover, at least 341 others were injured, according to Punjab government spokesperson Jehangir Awan.

Meanwhile, Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev condemned on Monday the Sunday terrorist attack in Lahore, Pakistan, which killed more than 70 people and left more than 300 injured, TASS informs.

"Kazakhstan categorically denounces actions of international extremism and terrorism that endanger global security," the Kazakh leader said in a telegram of condolences addressed to Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain.
