Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has approved sanctions against individuals involved in the trial of the recently convicted Ukrainian military pilot Nadezhda Savchenko, according to a decree published on the president's official website on Wednesday, The Moscow Times informs.

'Savchenko list' includes 84 officials from Russia and Donbass, including the head of the Russian Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, the Federal Security Service’s chief Alexander Bortnikov and the Crimean Prosecutor Natalia Poklonskaya.
According to TASS, also on the list are workers of the court and prosecutor’s office probing into the Ukrainian nationals, and two cameramen of Russia’s Channel 1 and Rossiya TV channels who were witnesses in attendance.
The list was approved by the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine and agreed with the European Union and the United States, according to Poroshenko.
