“SAMOVARFEST” – is a national festival of Russian hospitality, - will be held in Moscow’s Victory Park from 11 to 12 June 2018, as a prototype of multifaceted Russia.
More than 100 nationalities of the Russian Federation from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka will get together around the Russian samovar.
It is a chance to learn about the Russian culture, as well as multinational culture of the whole of Russia, in one venue in the lead-up to the FIFA World Cup in Russia, without leaving Moscow.
Various workshops of folk products; -pop, -rock, -folk, -ethno music and dance; authentic traditions; native Russian and multinational food; fashion show of ethno-collection; carnival rows filled with souvenirs and much more all waiting for you in Moscow.
Foreign guests will be able to get acquainted with the culture of Russia in Japanese, Arabic, Chinese, German, English, Spanish and French, with the help of foreign volunteers working at the festival «SAMOVARFST».
There will be a special gift at the festival for each participant: guests can share their emotions with friends from all over the world for free by sending a card with symbols of «SAMOVARFEST» with the support of the “Russian Post Office”.
According to the old tradition of the Russian people, all the guests of the festival will be able to get a free cup of tea, so together we will set a record of the most massive tea party.
