He condemned this act of barbarity, which cannot be explained and proves once again that terrorism knows no boundaries and is indeed a global threat. “The fight against this evil calls for the most active international cooperation,” Mr Putin said.
The President expressed hope that the perpetrators and their accomplices will be duly punished. The Russian leader passed on words of sympathy and support to the victims’ families and friends and wishes for a speed recovery to all those injured.
